Search engines are great for finding information. But when I want to find products or services I ask a friend, a co-worker or a neighbor. A personal recommendation is way better.

That the great thing about www.yougottacall.com. It connects word-of-mouth referrals with the Web - and allows members to give money to their favorite charities.

Yes...website marketing is the better way to convert the visitors to leads. This is an effective tactic in the world of internet marketing. With this we can increase the conversion rate of the leads very high. I hope this work for everyone.

When it comes to managing your own online reputation, the question is not simply how you respond to criticism about your own product or services. These days, you need to be tracking the reputation of your competitor and thinking about how you can capitalize on their failures. If you're one of the few companies that has positioned itself well enough that criticism is rare, then start being proactive in terms of building that reputation even stronger.

I swear Andy said "social media-er".

As far as joining conversations about your brand is concerned, I agree with it but I would always avoid spamming and blatantly promoting your brand.

My buddy took a trip to Europe this past summer and wrote a review on Ryanair upon returning home. He totally trashed Ryanair in his review and the first person in the review posted a comment that was disgustingly pro-Ryanair. Have a look.
